  2. Download and Print the form
  3. Fill out the form with pen – please fill in all sections
  4. Send the form to us.  You can drop the completed form off at our office, mail it to us, scan/email to office@ctkschool.ca or fax (204-257-2129) it to the office.
  5. Please confirm that you completed all necessary steps (see Application Checklist at right)

Application Checklist:

No matter which method you choose, please make sure and complete all the steps below to complete the application process.

  • Review complete list of CTK School Application requirements, available here.

  • Gather necessary documents that will help fill out application form: MB health card, dates/locations of Catholic sacraments (baptism, communion etc), emails/phone numbers of doctor/guardians/emergency contacts

  • $100 Application Fee per applicant (cash/ cheque payable to Christ the King School/E-Transfer – to finance@ctkschool.ca – receipt must accompany application form). FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Copy of Birth Certificate – If the student is not a Canadian citizen, Proof of Permanent Resident Status must also be provided.

  • Copy of Immunization Records

  • Current Photograph of Student

  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if baptized)

  • Copy of Most Recent Report Card (if applicable)

Application Notes:

Applications submitted after the priority deadline of FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8th, 2024 will be placed on a waitlist and will then be considered as long as there is space.

Junior Kindergarten: Children must be four years old on or before December 31, 2024 in order to apply for Junior Kindergarten at Christ the King School for 2024-2025!

Kindergarten: Children must be five years old on or before December 31, 2024 in order to apply for Kindergarten at Christ the King School for 2024-2025!

Application Review Process:

Once your application is received by Christ the King School, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted to book a 30 minute interview. Children must attend with the parents/guardians unless they are out of the province. Each family will be interviewed by the school principal and a resource teacher. Acceptance letters are sent out approximately one week after the interview.
